Access is restricted to authorised users of customer organisations. There is no open sign-up: accounts are provisioned individually and require authenticated sign-in using a work email address.

Customer workspaces are logically separated. Company Files, documents, analyses and questions are scoped to the relevant customer workspace and are not visible to other customers or shared between customer workspaces.
Connections to PolyMentIQ are encrypted in transit using TLS. Stored documents and analyses are held on established cloud infrastructure with encryption and access controls designed to protect customer information from unauthorised access.
Every analysis records the material reviewed and the evidence used. Quoted passages are checked against stored source text, creating a traceable research record from finding back to source.
PolyMentIQ researches publicly available material. Where automated collection is used, it identifies itself, respects applicable site crawling rules and works within the storage limits set for each workspace.
Security is considered throughout development and release, with particular attention to the handling, storage and isolation of external documents and customer information.
